My sister and I were both looking for shoes for two different reasons, standing job and running. Nicole was absolutely amazing and approached us to see if we needed any help. She was thoughtful and patient in helping us with sizing, shoe styles, and her recommendations. I would def come back for future purchases. Thank you Nicole : )

I'm giving a 3 to this store. I give ASICS shoes a 5. This store was too small for the number of people on this particular late Saturday afternoon. As I milled about, the customer count dwindled. Stock and shoes were everywhere. Very disorganized. Staff seemed overwhelmed. I did make a purchase, but didn't think it was a 'deal.' I do love Asics, they have great support and tend to hold up to the traffic they are put through.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Rafael, that provided me with exceptional custom great. I his didn't point me in the direction I should look, he inquired what I was seeking and he walked me over shoes that would fit my activities. After the super easy online order return, he assisted me even farther. He locted a few shoes that could work for me. He begins to unlace the strings. It's very rare in 2023.
