Dropped my wife off for a 90 minute massage. I came to pick her up and they uncharged her $20 during the session. So a 140 massage turned into 160. She can barely speak English so she didn’t know there was an up charge. That didn’t bother me too much. Then I wrote a $10 tip and the lady said, oh no…. 20% tip required….. I looked around the room and said mam.. there isn’t any sign stating 20%. Perfect massage - hot stones and all. They were all very sweet.
My shoulder has been hurting, but it is SO MUCH better after my 1-hour massage today (with the special medicine oil). They had room in their schedule to accommodate 3 of us on short notice and we were all so appreciative. Great place!
