Definitely a rub and tug. I myself am a massage therapist. Was absolutely desperate to have somebody work on me. Told her what areas needed most attention, forearms, scalp neck and shoulders and back. She continuously put her forearm over my spine. Has absolutely no clue how to work on somebody's back, let alone forearms. She answered her cell phone while in the room, while working on me. I have been there 3 times and they didn't scam me for money or swipe card. The manager at desk actually has a great personality and good hands
