Unsure how it started but I ended up with severe muscle spasms for 3 straight days, neck, trap, lat, debts, bicep and tricep on my left side. 3 straight days of miserably suffering with no relief what's worse is it was a holiday weekend with a snowstorm so I couldn't get a chiropractor or regular Dr appointment for an additional 4 days.
