John Pam’s service is unprofessional. Once payment is made, any follow-up concerns are ignored. He avoids and makes excuses, saying things like, “I’m busy. Okay, bye,” and requires you to come to his office instead. I live far. Bad bad bad service ever. Spent 1000$ with nothing done.
To start off, if there were was a selection for no stars I would choose that. I have never been so disappointed and embarrassed in my life after coming here. I had suggested to a friend of mine to come here because this is where I always come to get my taxes done and I would boast to her saying that they are really great and helpful.
