If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $80 for a massage that was average at best, and as soon as it ended, the masseuse looked at me and said, “Where’s the tip?” Not a question — a demand. Tipping is optional and should reflect the quality of the service, not something you shake customers down for. When I didn’t tip, they had the audacity to say, “Don’t ever come back.” Seriously?
