I came here for an alteration around last year in April for prom, before I even mentioned the date I needed it for, she gave me a very fast time range but thankfully I had a bit more than a month so she was able to take her time. (I still received the alterations quickly) The owner was very polite and obviously experienced well since she could tell what needed fixing on the dress before I mentioned what work I wanted done.
