Very Poor Customer Service - Very Rude Manager – I had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life at Asia West. The manager named Jill, was the rudest salesperson I have ever encountered. I had a problem with an item I had put on layaway and instead of being polite, respectful, or understanding, she treated me like a child that needed to be punished.
