Pleasant personalitys. Waiting to see how they fix the issues presented. Ordered hearing aids molds last October. I contacted them multiple times requesting if they were in. When they called to say they were in we had already left for the winter. I informed them I was out of State until March. Scheduled an appointment for March. I was called several times over the next 2 1/2 months informing me the molds were in. I again informed them that I had an appointment scheduled for March. I was in and out in just a few minutes. My hearing aid was fixed and works perfectly.
One of my hearing aids was dead. Robbie fixed it quickly, checked on the other one and I was finished within 15 minutes. Robbie was very nice, as usual.
