Our elderly cavalier has a heart murmur and we might have needed a scan (expensive). We had agreed to the cost but Vet Steve said she is not bad enough to need it yet and charged us NOTHING. What great ethics and care. Thank you so very much. We changed from a vet owned by VC’s to Ashfield and have not regretted it for a single moment. Wonderful animal people
Staff very friendly and helpful.
As much as the actual care is good, the communication side of things is awful. Any email we sent for repeat prescriptions was never answered so we always had to chase with a phone call. Unfortunately when our dog passed away we informed them by email and didn't even get a 'sorry to hear...' reply or anything. They pride themselves on being a private, family business but don't reply to Google reviews like most private firms do. Maybe some extra training on the admin/communication side of things is required to boost this other... read more
