My dear aunt has been at Ashwood for the past five years and in that time has thrived. She was extremely poorly two years ago and with the love and excellent care as provided by the manager and the team of wonderful care staff she bounced back to good health. She’s extremely happy and enjoys the time with the other residents and loves the activities too. I will never be able to thank you all enough for your continues care x

My friends mum has been a resident here for 3 years. After a lengthy hospital stay she came to Ash wood. Due to the excellent staff and management team she is now thriving in a beautiful home with excellent care. Nothing is too much trouble and I can honestly say , having worked in the care sector, an excellent home with love and laughter in abundance.

Thank goodness we found this home. My Uncle has settled in really well and all the staff are so lovely. They really care about his needs and Farah, is not only an excellent manager, but is always there to discuss any worries that may arise. It is obvious how seriously Farah takes her role, and this is also reflected throughout her staff and the care they give. Since my mum moved into Ashwood over 3 years ago, she has thrived there and has received nothing but the utmost care and compassion from Farah and her wonderful team. The home is always clean and tidy, the food is good ( sometimes we wish we could stay for dinner!), and we are extremely happy with the care provided. Thankyou Ashwood!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A CARE HOME There is only 1 member of staff who has a genuine interest in the residents and cares for them. The manager Farah Badrudin is rude, ignorant and did not even so much as acknowledge any of our family whilst my Mum was staying there for nearly a month. We never had an update unless we asked and we did ask it was like it was a huge convenience on them.
