In February this year our static caravan was hit by a vehicle and written off. Mick from Ashwick was kind corteous and understanding. He took time to calm me down as I was initially very tearful, he explained the process and kept me informed throughout. He made what was an awful experience as straight forward as possible. When our new caravan was delivered he was again prompt with his advice and knowledge about insurance
The most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with ,my caravan contents are insured and they told me to claim from my house insurance totally unacceptable
