In February this year our static caravan was hit by a vehicle and written off. Mick from Ashwick was kind corteous and understanding. He took time to calm me down as I was initially very tearful, he explained the process and kept me informed throughout. He made what was an awful experience as straight forward as possible. When our new caravan was delivered he was again prompt with his advice and knowledge about insurance

The most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with ,my caravan contents are insured and they told me to claim from my house insurance totally unacceptable

Recently had a claim on our Caravan Insurance which was with The Caravan and Motor Home Club.Ashwick were appointed as the loss ajuster. I must say the service offered was exceptional. The claim was handled quickly and efficiently and all the staff involved were proffesio al and helpful throughout. Many thanks Ashwick

Ashwick insurance are the absolute definition of a bad business not helpful in the slightest bad rip offs and purposely delay your claim until you threaten with legal action can say I got a pay out but will say I spent more trying to personally sort there shit for them 3 trips from Liverpool to Essex an ex amount of time spent out of work absolute waste of time don't use these insurer's completely an utterly useless
