Best place in the Bay Area for Ayurvedic treatments. Patient, deliberate, and results oriented. Ashwini Ayurveda helped bring down my stress levels with carefully crafted Abhyangam done with diligence and utmost care. After each session, I left feeling rejuvenated and revived. Highly recommend.
Vaidya Vasanthi is a very patient doctor. She patiently listened to my issues/history/lifestyle and gave me herbs to get my issues resolved. I did a veerechan at home, ate medicines for more than two months. After I started feeling better feeling, she discussed lifestyle changes based on my body constitution to help reduce Vata/Pitta aggravation. Thank you, Dr, for helping me feel energetic and reducing my body aches/pains. Holistic approach works the best.
