I have used their accounting services in '20 and '21. However, after receiving a letter soliciting their service again for the year of 2022, they did not return any of my calls/voicemails to obtain service. Changed review from 5 to 2
Nobody answers phones. I left phone messages - no returned calls. It is frustrating to get in contact with John Arnold, the tax consultant.
