In November 2009 I shot a large bull bison. I took it to Ashton and asked em to age it as if they had to eat it. It was hung in two different rooms for weeks but lost hardly any meat because the carcass was well wrapped in a layer of fat. It was then cut and vac packed and shipped to me two months later. Now years later I am still thawing these bags of ground and stew meat and roasts and there is zero freezer burn!
