Hello, viewers, I have been ordering merchandise from this company for years . Usually, pretty prompt with sending the correct items.until recently. However, in June of 2025 I place an order and upon receipt of arrival the wrong item was sent. Immediately, I contacted customer service and on the next day the item was returned via UPS and a tracking number and receipt was given . I continued constantly checking and calling customer service.
