Most of the staff are friendly and kind, if a little overworked. The facilities are a little better than average for an aged care home and the facility is affordable, whilst most residents are also very friendly. There are also regular events to entertain residents, which helps to break up would oftentimes be a monotonous day. The meals could be of better quality but again, they are part of an affordable service and the staff are overworked; always rushing about, delivering meals to residents rooms.
