Booked a family session as a gift for my dad. Asked multiple times over the course of 2 months to receive location and timing details for our scheduled session. Was told on April 4th that our session (planned for April 6th) had to be postponed due to the photographer being “mandated” to work an EMT job. What started off as a great working relationship unraveled quickly to lack of communication and professionalism. The photos themselves are great, I would easily give a five star review for those. However, her website says you will get a sneak peak within 48 hours (never received) and photos within two weeks. Mine took over three weeks to receive, which the contract says best effort so I am amenable to the delay there. Additionally, my package included printed birth announcements.
