Ashley is amazing and I have been seeing her for 3 years! Most notably she has helped me to increase my sleep and reduce my stress. Her space is clean and comfortable and she is a great listener.
I have been seeing Ashley for over a year and she is EXCELLENT. I have discussed the level of care provided by Ashley with my friends, who receive acupuncture care, and by comparison they are all JEALOUS of what I receive for care. Each session is a complete healing circle, we discuss each of my treatments fully before we start each treatment and then identify the goals. Dr. Ashley has been my doctor for five years and her acupuncture treatments are wonderful. I don’t necessarily like needles and she treats me with acupuncture needles that are not painful. Her prescriptions for herbal formulas have helped me recover from several conditions and I am grateful to have her as my doctor. I recommend her for the times you feel acutely sick and for maintaining your health when you are well.
