I purchased a sofa online on September 12 for delivery on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. A couple of hours after the sofa was delivered I unwrapped it to find that the back frame of the sofa was broken. I called customer service immediately on Wednesday, September 24 and they created a customer support ticket.
