Furniture and delivery were ok, however I went to store explicitly to check on an item before ordering, I was assured it was as I wanted it to be, and it was not. A mistake, fine. It was on the last item that delivery people brought up and I didn't want to refuse delivery since that ment they had to take whole bedroom downstairs again. Sales team apologized for mistake but then we had multiple rounds of phone calls where I was told one thing, just for another person to say that is not an option, and so on.
