Our sales lady did a great job and got us what we wanted and answered all of our questions.
Alex Yin basically forced me to buy a tempurpedic mattress. I kept pushing back telling him that I wasn't interested and just wanted a regular mattress. I went to check out after spending nearly 6k at this store and he again mentioned the tempurpedic mattress and that I would sleep good at night if I didn't buy it. I went ahead and got the mattress for $2,300 he advised me that if I did not like the mattress I could return it and get the mattress I originally was going to get.
