Actually I rate this store a 0 not a 1, took to long to get hair and half ass delivery
I was told my order would be delivered on a Monday. When I called Monday morning for timeline, I was told it wouldn't be delivered to Wed. I came back from lunch and my table is sitting in the office of the lobby and there was a ticket to pick up my chairs. When I called to see when someone was going to come out and put my items together (like I was told they would when I made the purchase) I was informed that no one was going to be sent out. They operate like IKEA but mislead you to think they don't

I visit the Ashley Home store today located in Mesquite Texas. I purchase a lovely gold vase with the help of Cody Lee with his insight and knowledge and patience.He went over and above to give me excellent customer service. I give 5 stars across the board Professionalism, knowledgeable , friendly, service and patience.
Greats service ever, this young man was very help. I just our first home and he realized we didn't have much furniture. Thanks again
