Tia was very knowledgeable, nice and patient. Needed to order recliner online and she handled everything. Know that the refund on the warranty is a coupon to be used on another purchase not a refund.
My father and I shopped for a lift recliner at Ashley. Andrew, our salesperson, and Spencer, the store manager, were so kind and helpful. It was delivered today and if the chair lives up to the standard the staff set, we will be very happy. We will definitely shop with them again.

Jaxon was fantastic to work with!!! He was so patient to draw up different variations of the couch we wanted and helped get us the best deal possible!! Will be coming back to work with Jaxon again!!! Amazing!!!
How unfortunate to walk into this store excited to make a purchase only to feel so unwelcomed! The individual that assisted me was not very friendly. Definitely was not impressed by her service and would’ve preferred to shop elsewhere with the kind of attitude I received.
