I had a very pleasant and helpful experience working with Eli McCubbins at the Riverdale store. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help however he could.
Eli at Ashley of Riverdale was a Rockstar to talk with. He answered all my questions with great aplomb!
Tiya Willard was so kind and helpful in showing me furniture items she felt I would be most happy with. She did her best to get me the best price possible as well. The furniture was in stock and so she was able to have delivery scheduled within a couple of days. The only detail not clearly explained was the protection plan refund if not used during the 5 years. We paid an extra $500 for the warranty, and when we tried to use it, the warranty company claimed that we had cancelled the coverage ourselves. What’s frustrating is that we have emails from them previously admitting they “accidentally cancelled” the warranty and saying they would fix it. After only one year, our table is already ruined, and now the claim is being denied because of issues caused by the warranty provider. Very disappointing experience overall.
