I would recommend avoiding in store purchases at all Ashley Furniture locations. Recently I bought a sectional here and the whole experience has convinced me to never shop at any Ashley Furniture store again. We were allowed to change the setup of the sectional we bought (purchased an extra console instead of armless recliner). Apparently that shouldn’t be done because the pieces to not fit together properly. We did this with our last sectional we bought from another furniture store and had no issues. Purchased a Bedroom set that was delivered on 9/6/25. Provided representative the back wall measurement of 132" purchased furniture on assurance that it would fit. Easy mistake Agent measured for a queen not the king I purchased. Ashley will not do a partial return of just the night stands as "All sales are final" furniture is still in box it just physically won't fit in my space 0 accountability will update if issue is resolved.
