Very nice staff willing to stay a little late to take our order. It took longer than expected to get the order, though.
Sonya was our Store Agent. She was very helpful, showed where we could find the furniture we were looking for, explained the different features and manufacturers and then let us "try out" and decide what best suited our needs. We purchased 2 recliners. She helped arrange the delivery for a time that best suited our schedule. Your delivery personnel made their predelivery call, then received a confirmation call with a time. The service was amazing! I accidentally took the wrong pillow home with me. When I called the store to to explain the mix up.They were more than happy to accommodate me with the exchange.And were very friendly and helped me get the pillow.I needed.
