If I was able to give a zero star, I would this is the absolute worst furniture place to ever go to. there a bunch of scam artists I spent over $3000 on furniture and I’ve been waiting for a four months for it. I am giving one star to Ashley Furniture at the Highlands because you can't leave zero. Our sales associate Carol was extremely unprofessional and rude. She lacks communication skills and passes the blame onto others. When we asked for a refund and to cancel our order that we had been waiting almost 3 months for, she said, " Thanks for getting me fired. I guess I will have early retirement now." We were very unhappy and disappointed in her customer service skills.
While the store was nice, my family has been 3 MONTHS WITHOUT A COUCH!!. We have called and called and called with the same response " hasn't shipping yet and dont know when its going to arrive and its not our fault its this person's fault" and so on. Do NOT waste your time or money buying from ashley as they seem to just take your money and not keep their end of delivering.
Beware had a chair for 2 weeks and its broken already. Second thing if you buy anything from them it is considered a special order. Special orders are not subject to refund only in store credit even though me receiptdoesnt say special order they marked it on their stuff so it could be. My second chair has not arrived and I can cancel that order. Instead of checking the statuse of the chair they just tell you to bad you already ordered it.
