I came to this store to buy stuff for my living room and sales person name Mark was so helpful . He is very professional and patient ,he helped me to choose the right pieces which matched my place . I will definitely come back again to buy more from this store .
After I red the all reviews to be honest some of them are true and it's about the delivery and the 2-6 weeks and this is normal in this business.. and about the sales let's say they are not super professional but they are helpful, Friendly and smiling.
The worst place to buy poor customer service if u purchase from this store u gonna end up like me there warranty is just a scam they don't tell you a lot when u go to shop they greet you with the highest level of customer service till they swipe yor card then it turns to a nightmare.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING THE SALE, AND COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT AFTER SALE SERVICE CONSISTENT WITH OTHER REVIEWS. We purchased a sofa from Ashley furniture in Falls Church, VA last week. The sofa was a good deal at about 1/3 of the sticker price. We forgot, however, that you get what you pay for. Things started to go bad when we told them we live in a condo building which allows deliveries only from 9 am to 5 pm.
