Jose and Alexander delivered my furniture today and they were amazing! They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and even made sure everything was set up exactly where I wanted it. Both of them were so polite, professional, and friendly — they made the whole delivery process stress-free. Thank you, Jose and Alexander, for making my day so much easier!
Awful experience. Purchased a couch that completely fell apart in a matter of months. The insurance we were told to buy did nothing. Store Manager Jim advised us that this will be handled as a defect and that new parts were to be provided. Despite his advice, nothing has been done and I have been following up with him since June without any proper response and how this would be remedied. Horrible customer service and quality of service. I will not shop here again.
Michelle Burke is honestly the person you should go see she works patiently with you and gives you all the info you need. Also she's the manager
