Rena was wonderful! She spent a lot of time with me and she was so lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable!
Ashley’s has the worst customer service. I bought a living room set and got the protection. The chair needs to be replaced but I need to pay for the delivery charge again. Not to mention my mom bought dining room chairs as well and the chairs have been breaking every time someone sits on them. They won’t replace them, they keep fixing the chairs knowing the chairs are damaged.
