I am a couple days remiss in providing this review for Ruben at the Kingston store Recently I was diagnosed with brain cancer and was having trouble getting around my wife contacted Ruben to ask for a review of some furniture that would help me in my home. Rabah at Ashley in Kingston provided excellent customer service and made the entire process much smoother than expected. He was patient, professional, and helpful throughout the experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding service.
Rabah at the Kingston store was so helpful he assisted me and my husband in finding the best living set at the best price. He was very patient and we left the store very happy can't wait to have our furniture delivered!
Kristen was extremely helpful and kind, asking excellent questions and providing awesome options for us while we were shopping around for a recliner for my grandfather who has mobility issues and is on the plus size end. Kristen let us know about current sales and when they were ending, was very patient (I left and moved the car with my grandfather from Dicks to the parking area near this store) and had the perfect balance of attentiveness without being pushy. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience with Ashley Furniture. Rabah was exceptional. He was very professional, informative, and respectful. And a great pleasure to deal with.
