I had a pleasant experience at Ashley Furniture in Nanuet with my sales associate, Fazny, who was very professional and made me feel welcome as did the entire staff. He listened attentively to what I was looking for and took his time showing me around. I ended up considering some additional items thanks, precisely, to his expertise.
Timothy and Kelley were so amazing!! My boyfriend and I are moving into a new place and were so indecisive with the pieces we loved and Kelley helped us pick what we truly love for our space and Timothy was super helpful with scheduling and rescheduling our delivery based on such a busy work life for my boyfriend and I. So amazing and we can't wait to have our couch delivered! I recommend Ashley's for furnishing your home and the customer service is so helpful, understanding, and overall very knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service Overcharged me by 25% for a floor model item and wouldn’t match the online price Sell you some nonsense cleaning service Have you go through hoops and hurdles to get the cleaning done Don’t tell you about the $99 cleaning fee for each cleaning At this point I’d rather take a day off and clean it myself
