On March 9th, we visited the Ashley Furniture store in Greenbrook and had a fantastic experience with the sales representative Ahmed. We also interacted with the store manager, Mike, and everything initially went smoothly. We placed an order for a set of couches and were told to expect delivery over a month later, on Saturday, April 12th. Great and friendly staff. Was greeted by all staff availble this evening. All staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Management was very friendly and understanding.
Tasha has been really helpful and patient and helped me to find the right coffee table and the mattress that i’m looking for even when the store was about to close.
Adel was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He spent hours walking the floors with us to help us furnish our new home. Great customer service.
