7/9/2025- update : 4months ago when they asked me to contact them after this review still had to solution to my furniture !!! On november of 2025 my furniture will be a year of being broken! I keep asking for it to be inspected by their so called profesionals but now they keep saying that my furniture is label as customer damage and they will no longer inspect it . Negative 2 stars. Buyers beware. We have been trying to resolve an issue with our section sofa since it was delivered on 6/12. When we called the Staten Island store where we made the purchase we were told they could not help us. Amazing how friendly they were before the sale was made. Complete 360 when we called with a problem after the sale had been made. We were advised to call customer service. After 30 minutes on hold we were connected to “Customer NO Service” in the Philippines. Yes oversees customer service. To date t... read more
