I have always shopped Ashley Funiture. The Funiture is durable and I never had a bad experience. Until now. My sales person was amazing. Howard gave me options and was easy to work with. I ordered my sectional which I loved in the store. The did not have the color I wanted advertise in the store but I was told they have it. Upon delivery they send a gray couch but my order was tan. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Howard McGill is the man. A Air Force Veteran. Very knowledgeable about all products sold at Ashley’s. If you have a question. He can answer it. He’s there for you and not his own personal gain. We went through many options and found the perfect fit for me. I have a terrible back with many issues. I came into Ashley Furniture intending to buy a couch and initially had a very uncomfortable sales experience. The salesperson, April, did not give me even a minute to browse or think on my own. She followed me around the store and approached me four separate times, which felt intrusive and overly aggressive. That said, I ultimately decided to purchase a couch because of the manager, Howard.
