I visited Ashley’s at Bay Plaza on 8/31 to purchase a sofa for my mom, and had a great experience thanks to Ms. Breyanna. She was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. A small but thoughtful gesture—offering us water—really stood out and made the visit more comfortable. By the end of our visit, we ended up purchasing both a sofa and a coffee table. Very respectable, cool guy. Knowledgeable about the products
Great place and great team. Javon and Mike really hooked my parents up with a nice mattress. My mom came in thinking she wanted one thing and Javon thankfully changed her mind. They were very helpful and we loved how straightforward they were which is hard to find. Javon was really cool and even got my dad and I Starbucks coffee. He made sure to explain everything. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mattress.
Breanna was a wealth of information and answered all our questions. The sale was easy.
Breyanna was very attentive as well as knowledgeable about all the products in the store. She helped us feel comfortable as customers instead of making us feel pressured to make a purchase. She showed patience and care when and where it was needed.
