I wish I couldn’t even give one star, this place is embarrassing especially the so called know it all “JASON “ manager that thinks he can tell customers on what he thinks of damages to your home because of the delivery team and repairs to a item you buy from them and they don’t back up a customer due to the lack of the repair by the technician they sent over our house to repair a couch. Went into Ashley's for the first time ever with my husband today to look for a chair. We were greeted by Bryan and had the absolute pleasure working with him. Purchased the PERFECT brown swivel chair that goes amazing with our cabin in the woods themed home. Bryan was pleasant, personable and friendly, and worked with management to get us this particular chair. His charm, salesmanship, and willingness to go above and beyond was what sold us (not to mention the chair was perfect- but let us not forget the much deserved credit... read more
