My wife and I went into this Ashley furniture a few weeks ago after my brother in law recommended going to see their furniture. They had some nice sets and the manager there, named Ashley which should have been the first red flag, told me to prequalify for their credit card if I was interested in a purchase. DO NOT ORDER FROM ONLINE STORE!! Their returns and exchange process is convoluted and customer service refuses to help you fix the issue. They kept me on hold for 40 minutes only to tell me they can’t help me. Worst customer service and worst experience I’ve had buying something online.
I cannot say enough about Bryan at the Dartmouth store!! He was kind, helpful and not at all pushy. He also made sure to provide all options with measurements to know which configuration would fit best in my living room. Would not hesitate to order from him again.
