Worst furniture shop and worst company changing them to solve for last 30 days my problem never got resolved, sales persons doesn’t know anything what furniture size and details, delivery has damage by 2000 dollar furniture, service people are providing support after 5-6 calls , emails. Unfortunately I don’t have option of negative rating which I would prefer as these people are fooling .
At the store everyone is nice and friendly. The issues for us were with the delivery. The company they use cancelled our delivery twice without notification.
Jon was a great salesman. Got some sofas and tables. He was very nice and was knowledgeable in the furniture selection. Great salesman.

I purchased a sectional and ottoman from Ashley recently and I must say it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing furniture .. I was assisted by Moe and he made it all so simple, his sense of humor is truly top notch and he treated me like family, it made the experience quite enjoyable! You have someone special in Moe and should feel very lucky he chose your Ashley store! I’ll most definitely recommend friends and family to go to Ashley and work with Moe!
