My overall experience was wonderful! From the moment i walked in our rep Kevin did an amazing job supporting all the required needs we were looking for. While being patience and calm as we were indecisive. In the end the pieces of furniture we purchased resulted being a great deal, and exactly what we were looking for. Don't pay for their warranty for 5 years is a waste of money,they make it difficult for you to get the warranty back on whatever you bought,the fire place I bought started bubbling & according to the paper I got the bubbling is an issue to get the "money back or in store credit" aside from that customer service in this place is awful literally I think 1 person was nice to me in this place. Cero stars they deserve!
