I would not recommend buying anything from these underhanded people , and there sleazy bussiness practices! I bought furniture and salesman ordered wrong color. Ordered wrong couch and changed delivery times over and over. Then gave me hard time about canceling. Manager is a total sleaze bag !
I have purchased furniture from this store (Whitehall, PA location) in the past and never had an issue. We went in with the intention to purchase a living room set at about $4,000. We ended up spending about $7,000 on a set and additionally we purchased a mattress for about $4,000. The manager sold us the living room set and the general manager helped with the sale of the bed. Alex at Ashley Furniture in Patchogue was absolutely amazing! When I first walked in, I honestly expected to get rushed right away like you usually do in furniture stores, but that didn’t happen at all. I browsed for a few minutes before Alex came over, introduced himself, and kindly asked if I needed help. I recently moved from out of state and purchased living room furniture upon my arrival. I bought a sectional. When I received the bill, I was charged for each portion of one sectional/couch; I had 6 charges for one sectional. I was tired and vulnerable at the time of purchase and would have chosen another time to shop in hindsight, a time in which I would be more aware. We worked with John and Brett and they were so helpful. We needed a bedroom set and these two worked tirelessly with us to find the right match. We needed to change the box spring as the first one was too high. They were patient, understanding and professional. Recommend this store highly.

Ashlys Horrible PLACE TO WORK FOR and there furniture is 💯 Crap, that doesn't last long at all, for the price your getting ripped off!!!!!! They treat three coworkers like Crap!! I'm soo Done with them, they need hire new people and new management!! ASAP, And it is unsafe to work there, Osha should stop in for shur!!!

I bought furniture from Ashley Homestore (AHS) which is owned by Dufresne Spencer Group (DSG). As you know, I paid good money for New, Undamaged Furniture. DSG showed up to deliver the furniture.
