After weeks of searching for a loveseat that my girlfriend and I both liked we had finally found one here at Ashley furniture. However, they insisted that this was to be bought as a set with a broken couch. There was a floor model sale going on and this particular loveseat was unavailable online. I was shocked to find out that the regional manager insisted that the two pieces be bought as a set and would not parcel them out. That is bad customer service right there. Why should I buy a broken couch?
