Michael was helpful, knowledgeable of available stock, and able to advise on the possibility of stock. He was also friendly and was able to find what we were looking for which none of the other furniture store had.
Selection and price was appropriate for us. Fred at the Lancaster location was helpful and not pushy.
I dealt with Mike the Sales Guy at the Lancaster PA store. He was a delight to work with, he listened to my requirements and desires. I can't wait to get in our new home with our new furniture Everyone in the store was great and I know Ashley's quality.
We dealt with a pushy, dishonest and rude salesperson. Told us prices were going to increase by “hundreds of dollars” in a few days… went back and that wasn’t the case. Fooled us into thinking we got a great deal, then we drove to Lancaster Furniture To Go and found the exact bed and almost the exact same mattress for hundreds of dollars cheaper!! Went back to Ashley to cancel the order and the salesperson was rude and shook his head walking away. So my advice.. avoid Ashley and go to Lancaster Furniture to go!
