I was looking for a sofa about 2 years ago at the Seabrook store. The manager was extremely rude like it was a problem to do his job. I tried to use Affirm but they didn’t take it so I applied for a Cardi credit card and was approved. I bought a sofa. Big mistake. The sofa was of low quality for a big price. Very uncomfortable only after 2 years. Only 2 of us and a cat so the sofa took no abuse. Will NEVER buy anything there again.

The Salem NH store was great experience, super helpful. But trying to get warranty repairs done through the corporate end is like pulling teeth. I've been calling these people for over a month now trying to get my couch repaired and they have never gotten back to me or my wife. 48 hours ago I talked to some lady in corporate after arguing with customer service to talk to a manager. Broke the headboard installing… now we are waiting 5 weeks for them to replace it. Unprofessional customer service and unqualified installers… will never waste money here again
