I ordered $240 worth of replacement covers for our sofa cushions, and was later informed that they no longer manufacture them. So now, the refund department won’t return my calls and they’re keeping my money for the product they never delivered. They stole from us, and customer care has been completely useless and won’t make efforts to help us get our money back.

Had visited other Ashley stores and ended up not buying anything since we felt that most salespeople were trying to rip us off. But we were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the entire staff in this store, especially with Harris who was honest and worked with us to get the couch we wanted.

I went to Ashley Homestore in Leesburg after I had been disappointed at another store - it was such a breath of fresh air. Customer service was excellent. My consultant Suhail was the best - he presented all options and best advice - undivided attention. They had a sale so that was a cherry on top of my ice cream. Don’t go anywhere else!!

This has been the worst experience I’ve had yet. My chair got delivered missing the back cushion. Instead of sending it to me they sent me a bunch of parts that had to be put together. When I asked to a manager they said they didn’t have one. I give them a poor rating.
