Cathy is AMAZING! Today we went to Ashley Furniture in Patchogue looking for den furniture and we were greeted by Cathy. She is a true professional! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She really took her time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole process easy and enjoyable 🙂. My family and I are very pleased with our experience at Ashley. Rick was very helpful in our purchase from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable in the inventory. At one point he suggested taking the dimensions of the furniture and using painters tape on the floor to visualize the space that the items would take up in the house which was incredibly helpful. We look forward to seeing how the furniture holds up over time!
I had the pleasure of working with Josh, The Manager of the Patchogue store. He was kind and helped me overcome a challenging situation with products that needed to be exchanged !
