I had the pleasure of working with Nick at the Patchogue location and from the moment we walked through the door we felt welcomed. We explained that we had a terrible experience at another big name furniture store and was looking for proper customer service and that’s exactly what we received! Nick listened to our concerns and provide us with honest recommendations. We ended up with a beautiful couch and from start to finish Nick was exceptional.
