We bought a curio cabinet and paid for white glove delivery. A third party contractor came to deliver our cabinet but refused to take it upstairs without using their metal two wheel dolly on my wood staircase. The cabinet only weighed 246 pounds but the two men sent felt that was too much for them. If you know it weighs too much for the people you are sending maybe send enough to do the job. My husband and I were in the store this past Sunday and found the store to be very warm and inviting. I was there to look at a sofa/loveseat and I did make the purchase. I ended up working with the store manager, Tyler, who was able to close the sale and he was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this store for your future furniture needs

Tyler at the Cleveland store was very helpful in getting our chair and bar stools ordered. It was a easy transition and even taking with seemed like we already knew each other. Great staff to deal with!!!

Beth was really knowledgeable and helped us out a ton. She went out of her way to make sure every question was answered. It's hard to find that anywhere these days. We highly recommend her and appreciate Ashley. We are looking forward to enjoying our new couch for years to come!
