Ashley furniture has been in our home for years and will continue to be!
So my experience in store was great, but now that the sale is complete, salesman isn't answering my texts. I tried calling the store & it went to some 3rd party call center that said someone from Ashley would contact me in 2 to 3 business days!! If I knew how, I'd cancel the sale.
Easy to deal with, ordered a sofa and recliner under no pressure and transaction went smooth. Now waiting on delivery.
