We had a really bad experience with Ashley. My mom wanted to buy a couch, so we went there because they had a deal that day — if you bought a mattress, you could get a couch for free. In the end, they gave us a couch and a mattress, but honestly they scammed us. They took a lot of signatures from us and applied for multiple loans without properly explaining it. Instead of charging us $2,000, they ended up charging us $10,000.
Robert was wonderful, not pushy at all . Gave me my space and approached when he noticed I was ready and had questions .
