Horrible experience. Brand new couch came broken. This was my first big furniture purchase and also my (birthday gift) and was excited to shop at Ashley’s but won’t be buying from here again.

We went looking for dining room furniture, our representative Elizabeth made sure she knew what we were looking and took us directly to those items. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked with us to get what we needed. Even after we left the store she communicated with us to keep us informed. We haven't received our furniture however we're excited about what we purchased.
Nikko was amazing! My husband and I had two different ideas of what we were looking for and he found something that made both of us happy! We are over the moon with the new dining set!
