Dont Shop Here!!!! I have purchase multiple items from Ashley Furniture Home Store. I am very disappointed with your furniture warranty department. I purchased a Durablend sofa and loveseat after 3.5 years the sofa started peeling. I have a 5 year warranty and they told me that they could not do anything about it even though I purchased the warranty to cover this. I don't think I will ever recommend this store to anyone else. Roberto was very attentive to our needs, answered all our questions and was very personable. Had a great experience shopping here & would highly recommend it.
During our visit we came to the conclusion with the help of Alicia exactly what to get. She helped wit and gave us excellent tips on what to get. Alicia showed gratitude and patience throughout the entire time that we were here. It was such a pleasant experience, she had a very kind voice and smile. Very happy with my experience at Ashley Home Store. Mark Anthony is a great salesman and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommended.
I was greeted by our sales guy Marc Anthony. He was very professional and let us explore with out being stalked. He was very knowledgeable about mattresses. We came in for a couch and left with a couch and a Temperpedic bed with an adjustable platform.
