I went into the Ashley in Wilkes-Barre today to look for something specific. I did two laps around the whole store and not one agent approached me. Terrible terrible customer service.

My experience was second-to-none! Susan Sawka treated us like family and was such a huge help with her dedicated professionalism, understanding our needs/wants, and was able to keep us in a respectable price range and even made sure to take care of us by informing us of the unbeatable warranty! With having tough kids, ya need tough furniture, right?! 🤣 Thank you again Susan for all of your help. You are the BEST! And we will absolutely be back again soon!
