This was unfortunately our first and last experience with Ashley Furniture. We visited the store, liked a couch, and decided to purchase it. While buying, we specifically warned the sales representative about the stairs in our home and told her we were concerned it might not fit. She repeatedly insisted it would fit and never mentioned the option of breaking the couch option which would have been important information for us to know upfront. Alex was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured while we were choosing our couch. He really took the time to listen to what my husband and I were looking for and helped us find something that fit our space and style perfectly. The whole experience felt easy and stress-free because of him. We’re so happy with our purchase and grateful for Alex’s help — highly recommend working with him!
