Spent over $8,000 at Raymour & Flanigan in Fairfield, NJ during their Memorial Day sale on a sectional, mattress, and furniture. Delivery was scheduled today between 10:45 AM and 2:45 PM. I took off work and lost an entire day waiting at home, only to hear NOTHING from the store or delivery team. At 2:50 PM, after no call, no update, and no delivery, I had to call THEM to find out what was going on. Then I was told the delivery “wouldn’t fit on the truck” because it was too large of an order and had to be pushed to tomorrow.... read more
