Gaston was absolutely amazing, the only time I’ve had a blast furniture shopping! Yo Gaston my stuff’s messed up, stop ducking my calls. This whole delivery has been a joke. You guys suck. Yo owner, we need the showroom to answer the phone because we didn’t get the right piece. Confirm it’s messed up.Its the loveseat. Your customer service lines suck. If I don’t have a sufficient solution by the end of the day I will come in there tomorrow.
Alex was very knowledgeable, attentive, and made my mom and I feel comfortable asking questions. What stood out most was how patient and honest he was, it didn’t feel like a sales pitch, just someone genuinely trying to help us find the right fit. Because of Alex, we left confident in our purchase. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit! To be honest, all the sales reps were amazing! We didn’t even realize we spent two hours, a great experience. I’ll def be shopping there for all future furniture needs.
