I recently purchased a couch from Ashley furniture. The sections do not lineup and they are off by 3 inches. A technician came out and wanted to put shims and different brackets and deemed it manufacturers defect. I followed up with Ashley to see what the process is to return the couch Only to find that the technician put that it was fine and if I wanted to return the couch I have to pay 25% of the original price.
