Great store and very knowledgeable staff. Bought a mattress and plan to return fur living room furniture in the near future.
I called store to get information about. I don't had plan to buy this product but the way Joe Coffill gave me detailed information about product. Joe Coffill was very friendly, respectful and has knowledge about the product and gave answers of my all questions. Joe Coffill keep it up and continue to give excellent customer service to customers.
Ashley has Excellent customer service! Very attentive and efficient! Explained everything and got us the best price. I would highly recommend going to the store !!manager was very nice also!!
Gamal, the employee who greeted my wife and I at the entrance, was fantastic. He was able to help us with what we needed and made sure we understood everything about the purchase process. I highly recommend going there if he is working.
This place deserves 2 stars due to their furniture only. Their delivery services sucks. They lie to you saying that your furniture will be deliver in 2-4 weeks. YEAH RIGHT, make that 7 weeks. I call on week 3, and they said that they been waiting for a shipment to get there, so i waited another week. I called, and the same story. Week 5 came along and same old story.
