Bedroom Set About two years ago, I bought a bedroom set that cost me over $3,500. At the time of delivery everything seem right, within a few months the marmol on th night tables was cracking, some already fall out. When I called their customer service department, they didn't even care to come to my house and check the damage, instead they asked me to take pictures and e-mail. Waiting Two Months for Delivery When we started looking for furniture, friends and family recommended other stores, saying their prices were cheaper. After looking around, my fiance and I thought Ashley's prices were pretty reasonable. However, what no one told us is how awful the delivery process is. Not Pushy Here! The prices are reasonable, the sales associates are helpful but not at all pushy. You are not bombarded when you walk in! They told us about different materials and different options for different packages. I bought a lot of stuff from them! They even help coordinate with tables and accents for couches if you need help. Prices are comprable, less even. Delivery tiime was about 4-6 weeks, which is acceptable.
quailty issues I purchased my dining room set at furniture showplace. It is large black table, 6chairs, server and display glass with glass. The day it was delivery it was beautful, a couple of days later the glas was broken and the bottom l corner. I am not sure if it was like that on delivery and i di not notice, or if someone?? knicked it on the housed hold, but at this time, i had a little baby who did not even crawl!! The mystery remains!

Brian is a great person. He was very patient when we visited the store more than once in search of our perfect bed room set. He gave prices for multiple sets, to help us choose the best one. He never pressured us to buy, but was very patient all along. He is super kid friendly and gave us the best price on our bed room set. I'll strongly recommend him to everyone.
