Alex at Ashley Furniture in Patchogue was absolutely amazing! When I first walked in, I honestly expected to get rushed right away like you usually do in furniture stores, but that didn’t happen at all. We worked with John and Brett and they were so helpful. We needed a bedroom set and these two worked tirelessly with us to find the right match. We needed to change the box spring as the first one was too high. They were patient, understanding and professional. Recommend this store highly.

If I could I would put -10 stars for Ashley Furniture store in Manassas VA. Stay away from them! I have purchased furniture in 2020 it was paid through store offered credit card. I have paid it off and closed the account. Now, I received a letter stating that they are taking me to collections for unpaid balanced..... This is clear harassment. It was already dismissed once by the judge as we've proved that the balanced been paid, and yet they turned around and did it again....
